Do you offer engraving? Open

Yes, we offer laser engraving. We can engrave initials, symbols, shapes or longer text in various fonts (if it’s in the Microsoft Office package then it is doable).

How much will I have to pay in duties and taxes? Open

We guarantee that that there will be no additional taxes, duties or customs fees for customers from the European Union, USA or Australia.

If you are located outside of these places, you may be liable for import duties and taxes charged by Customs. These additional charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you ship worldwide and how much does it cost? Open

Yes, we ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx or UPS courier.

The shipping is free. Always. Anywhere.

How long does delivery take? Open

All orders are dispatched within 1 business day.

Delivery time to our top 3 destinations:

European Union – 1 to 5 business days

USA – 1 to 4 business days

Australia – 3 to 8 business days

To other countries:

How can I track my order? Open

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing the tracking number of your package.

How do I return or exchange an item? Open

Return policy

Buying online can be challenging since you can’t feel, hold, touch, or try on the item. If your order arrives and the product is too big, small, heavy, or uncomfortable, contact our customer service by email at care@timeresistance.com or fill in the Returns Form.

  • You can return your purchase within 30 days from the delivery date.
  • The item must be in its original box, unused, and include all parts and accessories.
  • Return postage is at the buyer's cost. Please keep the receipt as proof of posting, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in the mail.
  • Personalized items cannot be returned for a refund.

Local Returns

  • Once you’ve filled out the Returns Form, we will contact you and provide a return address.
  • Customers from the European Union can choose between return addresses in Italy, Germany, France, and Poland.
  • Customers from the rest of the world are provided with a Lithuanian or US return address.

After we receive the returned item, we will reimburse your payment within 2 working days.

My bag is faulty, what do I do? Open

In the event of a defect, first make contact at care@timeresistance.com and we will take care of all the shipping procedures ourselves.

After receiving our goods back, we will refund you within 2 business days or send a replacement.

Do your products have a warranty? Open

At Time Resistance, we are dedicated to crafting leather goods that stand the test of time. Our products are made with the highest quality materials and traditional craftsmanship, designed to accompany you for a lifetime. Because we believe in the durability and enduring appeal of our products, we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on our leather bags and accessories.

Each product may vary slightly in color or texture, due to the particularity of the tanning process and the natural products used. We do not consider it a defect, but rather a token of uniqueness. To ensure the authenticity of our products, we provide a Certificate of Guarantee. This guarantees that our leather has been tanned exclusively with natural tannins of vegetable origin and does not contain substances prohibited by law. Tannin extracts are the fundamental ingredients of the slow tanning process and give the best quality. Each item is carefully crafted and undergoes accurate quality control. Small veins, wrinkles and imperceptible scratches that eventually present on the leather prove its naturalness, rendering each skin one of a kind.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order? Open

No, you can shop at Time Resistance without creating an account.

What payment methods do you accept and is it safe? Open

You can pay with credit/debit card, PayPal or PayPal Express Checkout.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We use SSL certificates to protect our check-out pages.

What if I need to change or cancel my order? Open

It is possible to cancel an order up until the time it is dispatched.

If the status of the order is “Shipped”, you have to create a return.

Is it leather? Open

Time Resistance bags and accessories are made from premium quality full-grain hand-dyed vegetable-tanned Italian cowhide, known as Vachetta leather. This exquisite leather is tanned exclusively with natural tannins of vegetable origin, ensuring that it is free from toxic substances. The tannin extracts are fundamental to the slow tanning process, which preserves the leather's natural look and results in a one-of-a-kind pattern for each piece.

Do you have seasonal sales? Open

No, our bags are timeless, so we don’t have clearances. We use high-quality materials, and our products are made in Italy. We do not set high prices only to offer big discounts later. Therefore, significant discounts are just not possible for us. On the flip side, you will never have the unpleasant surprise of finding out that something you just bought has been discounted by 50%.

How should I care for my bag? Open

We recommend adding a can of Time Resistance leather balsam to your order. Give the bag a good rub once every one or two months, depending on the frequency of use. It will moisturize the leather, keep it supple, add a healthy shine and waterproof it.
