Handle fell apart after a few uses

The briefcase is very beautiful, but the quality of the details is disappointing. After only a few uses, the small screws fixing the handle started coming loose. I kept tightening them after each use, but eventually, one of them fell out and got lost. For a bag that costs €270, I expected much better craftsmanship.
